CANCELLATION POLICY
All deposits are non -refundable.
In the event the Service Provider cancels, all payments received will be refunded in full.
ADDITIONAL TERMS
- The catering team will arrive approximately 1 – 3 hours prior to the scheduled service time for setup.
- All services are conducted in compliance with applicable local health and safety regulations.
WEATHER & FORCE MAJEURE
Ranallo’s Pizza & Gelato Catering Services operates in outdoor/indoor and mobile environments. The Client acknowledges that weather conditions may affect service.
- Services will proceed during light rain or typical weather conditions where it is safe to operate.
- In the event of severe weather—including but not limited to heavy rain, high winds, extreme heat, snow, flooding, or any conditions deemed unsafe by the Service Provider —the Service Provider reserves the right to delay, modify, or cancel service in the interest of safety.
If cancellation occurs due to severe weather or circumstances beyond the Service Provider’s control (including acts of God, government restrictions, power outages, or unsafe site conditions):
- The non-refundable deposit shall remain non-refundable.
- Any additional payments beyond the deposit may be refunded or applied as a credit toward a future event (subject to availability), at the Service Provider’s discretion.
The Client is responsible for providing a safe, level, and accessible service area, including
adequate clearance for vehicles, equipment, and protection from overhead hazards.
CLIENT RAIN PLAN ACKNOWLEDGMENT
For outdoor events, the Client agrees to provide a clear rain or inclement weather plan. This plan may include, but is not limited to:
- A covered area, tent, or overhead shelter suitable for food service
- An alternate indoor or sheltered on-site location
- Adequate space to safely relocate service if required
The Client understands that any tents or coverings must be properly secured and provide
sufficient clearance for heat, equipment, and staff safety.
If no suitable rain plan is available and conditions are deemed unsafe by the Service Provider, Ranallo’s Pizza & Gelato Catering Services reserves the right to delay, modify, or cancel service in accordance with the Weather & Force Majeure clause.
